American Hi-Fi are an incredible punk rock band from the very
busy town of Boston, Massachusetts. So you guessed it, American Hi-Fi is
an American band. To this date, they have released 3 studio
albums, and believe it or not, but they have also released one live
album. Their first album came out in 2001 and was titled,
American Hi-Fi. Fitting name, huh? Their
radio hit "Flavor of the Weak" topped the charts in both the United
States and the United Kingdom. It was played repeatedly on MTV,
VH1, Z100, KTU and all other music stations around the United States.
In 2002, American Hi-Fi released their first ever live album titled:
Rock N Roll Noodle Shop. It was live in Tokyo, Japan, where they
became another smashing hit. Their second studio album was titled
The Art of Losing and was released in 2003. Unfortunately, it
wasn't as big as the first abulm. American Hi-Fi recently released a
third studio album in the beginning of this year entitled Hearts of
Parade. So what else has American Hi-Fi done and what do they plan to
do in this upcoming year? In early spring of 2005, they have been
on tour with the ever famous Bowling for Soup and Riddlin' Kids.
American Hi-Fi will continue to tour with other bands as well, in hopes
of themselves touring in the upcoming year.
